WHY WRESTLING
Description of the class and team: Training consists of warm ups, stretching, flexibility, gymnastic elements, learning wrestling moves, strength and condition.
The classes are organised to develop wrestler athletics qualities and control of movements. It requires not only physical but mental presence in the moment, recognise your and opponents body and moves. This is called tactics and strength. Muscle only means nothing in wrestling, it develops thinking, planning moves & judging.
